Bills, then a cash buffer, then the debt, then whatever is genuinely left. Almost every budget that falls apart falls apart on sequencing, not discipline — money moved to savings ahead of the bills comes back out as a card balance a fortnight later at about 21%. This splits one net cheque in that fixed order, and works out the per-cheque share of a monthly bill properly: bill × 12 ÷ 26, which is 7.7% less than half.

Cheques a year
An estimate built from the numbers you typed, in a fixed order. It isn’t advice from a licensed advisor, it doesn’t know your interest rates, and it assumes your bills are the same every month — the ones that aren’t (heat, groceries, the car) need their own line before this split is safe to follow.
Why it isn’t $1,150.00
Paid every two weeks, you get 26 cheques a year, not 24. Dividing $2,300 by 2 gives $1,150.00, and $1,150.00 put aside 26 times is $29,900 against $27,600 of actual bills. The right share is bill × 12 ÷ 26 = $1,061.54 — 7.69% less, which is $88.46 a cheque and $2,300 a year — one whole extra month of bills, set aside for nothing.
Two months a year get a third cheque
10 months a year you get 2 cheques, which sets aside 92.3% of that month’s bills — short by $176.92. The other 2 you get 3, which sets aside 138.5% — over by $884.62. Those two cancel each other out across the year, which is the whole point: the extra cheque is not a bonus, it is the 10 thin months being paid for in advance. Spend it and the shortfall is still coming.

This is arithmetic on the numbers you typed, not advice from a licensed advisor. It has no opinion on whether the buffer should come before the debt for you — at a card rate of 21% the interest saved by paying the balance faster is real, and so is the fact that a buffer of nothing sends the next surprise straight back onto that card. It runs entirely in your browser; nothing you type here is sent anywhere.
Fill in the fields. There is nothing to upload because there is nothing to send — the numbers you enter never leave this tab.
The arithmetic runs in your browser, on your own device, and the answer updates with every keystroke. Nothing is sent anywhere — so there is no record of what you earn, what you owe, or what you are thinking of buying.
One press puts it on your clipboard, ready to paste where you need it. There is no file to download — the result is text, not a document. Nothing is remembered — reload and the fields go back to their defaults, so copy anything you want to keep.
